If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@famgraving.com so we can make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on personalized items, as they are made uniquely for you and cannot be modified once created.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
