Can I change my logo after ordering? The laser finish is permanent, so please double check your file before checkout. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, but if there is a problem on our end, contact us right away and we will fix it.
Can I have a different design on each tumbler? Yes. A different design per tumbler or an extra design on the side is available for $3 more per tumbler. Message us after ordering.
How fast will it ship? Every order is made to order in our Kissimmee, Florida studio and most ship in 1 to 3 business days with tracking anywhere in the U.S. Free local pickup is available by appointment.
