What can I fit in 35 characters? A business name and website or phone number usually fits. Spaces count as characters.
Does the stylus work on any phone or tablet? Yes. The rubber tip works on touchscreen phones, tablets and computers.
Can I mix colors in one order? Each order is one color. Place a separate order for each color you want.
Can I use a logo instead of text? Yes. Select Logo and upload your file. Simple, high-contrast logos show up best at pen size.
How fast will my order ship? Every order is made for you in our Kissimmee, Florida studio and most ship in 2 to 3 business days (or 1 business day with rush shipping, +$20), with tracking anywhere in the US. Free local pickup at the studio is available by appointment. These pens are custom made, so returns and changes are not possible. If something arrives wrong because of us, contact us right away and we will solve it.
