What logo file should I upload? Upload the clearest version you have. A high-resolution PNG or PDF gives the sharpest print.
Does the logo print in color? Yes. Your logo is UV printed in full color, so your brand colors show on the cup.
When will my tumblers ship? They are made to order in Kissimmee, Florida, and most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days with tracking across the US, or you can pick up free at our studio by appointment. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, but we fix any problem or error on our side, so contact us right away.
