This personalized real estate open house sign puts your name, phone number and logo on a clean, ready layout. It is made for real estate agents who want professional curb signage without designing anything.
Every open house you host promotes you, not a generic hardware store sign, and you approve a digital proof before we print.
Will it hold up to rain and sun? Yes. The 4mm plastic and UV printing are made for outdoor use in rain, wind and sun.
Black or red details, which should I choose? Black gives a classic, neutral look. Red stands out more and pairs well with brokerages that use red in their branding.
Will I see the sign before it is printed? Yes. We set up your layout and send a digital proof. Once you approve it, printed signs cannot be changed, so review it carefully.
When will my signs ship? Most orders leave our Kissimmee, Florida studio in 2 to 3 business days (or 1 business day with rush shipping, +$20) with tracking. Local pickup is free by appointment.
What if there is a mistake? Custom signs cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem or an error on our part, contact us right away and we will make it right.
