Your thermos is made to order at our Kissimmee, Florida studio, and most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days with tracking anywhere in the US, or pick up free by appointment. Review the name spelling before ordering, since custom items are not returnable or exchangeable. If something arrives wrong or we made an error, contact us right away and we will solve it.
