Does it come with wine? No. The box and the 4 wine tools are included, you add your favorite 750ml bottle.
Can I put my company logo on it? Yes. Choose design 6, select Logo, and upload your file on the product page.
Can I add more details than the template allows? Send us a message before ordering. Extra customization may carry a small added fee.
Can I return it? Because each box is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, so double check spelling and dates. If there is a problem or an error on our part, contact us right away and we will fix it.
How fast will it ship? Every order is made to order in our Kissimmee, Florida studio and most ship in 2 to 3 business days (or 1 business day with rush shipping, +$20) with tracking anywhere in the U.S. Free local pickup is available by appointment.
