Will the logo wear off? No. The laser removes the coating and marks the steel itself, it is not printed on top. Hand washing protects the outer coating.
My logo has several colors. How will it look? Every design comes out in silver tone, whatever the colors in your file. Check the photos for reference.
Can I see the design first? Yes. We send a digital proof after you order and only produce once you approve it.
Can I return it? Custom tumblers cannot be returned or exchanged, so review your proof carefully. If there is a problem or an error on our part, contact us right away and we will resolve it.
How fast will it ship? Every order is made to order in our Kissimmee, Florida studio and most ship in 1 to 3 business days with tracking anywhere in the U.S. Free local pickup is available by appointment.
