Custom Logo Tumblers: How to Choose Size, Finish and Quantity
A practical guide to ordering tumblers with your logo: which size fits your use, full color print or laser finish, what file to send and how many to order.
5,000+ reviews on Etsy & Amazon · 26,000+ orders
A tumbler with your logo gets carried to the office, the gym and the car every day, and it is one of our most ordered products for small businesses. Before you order, there are four decisions to make: size, finish, logo file and quantity. This guide walks through each one using the tumblers we make in our Kissimmee, Florida studio.
Which size should you choose?
- 12oz is compact, right for a coffee or a cold drink at the desk. It fits in any tote or welcome kit and keeps the cost per piece low.
- 20oz is the all-purpose size and fits most standard cupholders. If you are not sure, choose this one.
- 30oz gives your logo the most room and suits crews and anyone who drinks water all day. The body is wider, so check the cupholder size first.

Full color print or laser finish?
This is the choice that changes how your logo looks.
| Full color UV print | Laser finish | |
|---|---|---|
| How it looks | Your logo in its real colors | Your logo in silver tone, the steel revealed under the colored coating |
| Best for | Logos with several colors or gradients | Simple logos and a classic, single tone look |
| Durability | Made to resist fading with regular use | Permanent, it will not fade, peel or wash off |
| Care | Hand wash to protect the print | Hand wash to protect the outer coating |

If your brand depends on its colors, go with print. If your logo is one color or you want the most durable result, the laser finish is the one to look at.

What logo file should you send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the cleanest result. A high resolution PNG also works well. For the laser finish, simple and bold shapes come out sharpest. On our 20oz and 30oz logo tumblers we send a proof before production so you can confirm it looks right.
How many should you order?
There is no minimum. You can order a single tumbler, and several models offer a blank sample so you can check the size, color and lid before a larger order. From there:
- 1 to 6 for a small team or to test your logo.
- 12 to 30 for client gifts, new hire kits and a grand opening.
- 50 to 200 for trade shows, conferences and company events. The 20oz tumblers can be ordered up to 200.
Volume pricing is already built into the quantity options, so the price per piece drops as the quantity goes up.
Other cups with your logo
Not every brand needs a steel tumbler. Acrylic tumblers with straws are lightweight and made for cold drinks, parties and giveaways. Frosted glass can cups come with a lid and a straw, are dishwasher safe and are popular with cafes. Ceramic mugs are microwave safe, and stainless steel water bottles come in white or light pink.

How long does it take?
Every tumbler is made to order. Most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days with tracking anywhere in the US, and bulk orders may need a few extra days. If you are in Central Florida, local pickup is free at our Kissimmee studio.
Good to know before you order
No. You can order one tumbler, and the price per piece gets better as the quantity goes up.
The laser finish is permanent because it marks the steel itself. The full color UV print is made to resist fading with regular use. In both cases, hand washing keeps the tumbler looking new the longest.
On the 20oz and 30oz logo tumblers we send a proof before production.
On the 20oz printed tumbler, yes. Send us a message after ordering with each variation and we will confirm the details with you.
Custom items can't be returned or exchanged, so review your file carefully. If there is a problem or an error on our side, contact us right away and we will resolve it.
